The beginning of September is traditionally a time for our biking trip through Swedish forests. The ever-present peace, well-prepared infrastructure, and diverse landscapes make us always look forward to this trip. Last year slightly thwarted our ranks, but now we’ve managed to complete everything as planned.

For some time we have been searching for a way to effectively protect wildlife in our region. Our support is going to lead to the protection of wetlands in order to preserve their unique character and so that we can be sure they remain exclusively natural. A new project to be launched soon: “Volunteering for Healthy Landscapes”, carried out by an NGO, Hnuti DUHA. Over a 14 week period, volunteers will plant 200,000 trees, restore several meadows and maintain peat bogs as well as other valuable habitats and ecosystems...
