HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Items purchased in our store can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, send a withdrawal statement to our email address: [email protected].

Please include the invoice that came with your order. Returned items must show no signs of use, must be complete and undamaged. We issue the refund as soon as possible after the return process is finished, no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement and the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase. A refund can be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer, please let us know if you prefer this option. The original shipping cost to the customer and the cost of sending items back are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of the return.

Products customised to the customer’s specifications, including items made in our configurator, are not eligible for return or exchange:

The right to withdraw from a sales contract and return goods does not apply to items that are not prefabricated, are produced according to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to individual needs.
