Estimated waiting time is given on the page of each product. This is the average length of time between the product order is placed and its shipment. If you need product urgently or for a specific date, please contact us by phone or by e-mail. Together we will determine the possible date of sending the product - we always do our best to deliver products on time!

Shipments within the EU are made via DPD. Delivery time varies from 2 to 5 days, depending on the country.

Shipments outside the EU are made via DHL Express. Delivery time varies from 2 to 5 days, depending on the country.

PayPal payments are processed immediately after the payment is confirmed. There is an additional charge of 5% on all PayPal payments.

Credit card payments are processed immediately after the payment is confirmed.
