Plancklite is a minimalistic down pullover that brings the term "ultra-light" to a completely new level. Ideally suited for activities where the low weight of the equipment is of key importance. It can be both fast trekking and long thru-hiking, or you can take it as an emergency item of clothing during ultramarathons.

Plancklite has the best possible thermal insulation-to-weight ratio. It is made of the lightest fabric we have: the new 18-gram Japanese CAC™ fabric. To reduce the weight, it has been filled with Polish goose down with an exceptional 900 FP! Additionally, it has no pockets, and instead of a zipper, it is fastened with convenient snaps. The technical cut and elastic finish of the cuffs and hips ensure freedom of movement and protection against low temperatures, and the stand-up collar effectively insulates the neck from cold and wind.

In spring and summer, Plancklite pullover can be your warmest element of clothing, and in winter, it will provide great insulation as an additional layer, worn under a down jacket.

Expert quality

Years of breeding experience, a specific climate and research facilities are the secrets behind the excellent parameters of Polish down, which is considered to be the best in the world. Despite technological advancement and attempts to make artificial insulation that would be just as reliable, down still remains unrivaled.

Ethical sourcing

We only use down from certified Polish producers. Thanks to their geographical proximity, we can monitor the production. We are absolutely sure down used by Cumulus has been ethically sourced. It is from free-range geese that have access to water. The excellent breeding conditions are also reflected in the down’s high quality.

Pertex® and Toray®, two fabrics we commonly use in our products, are made in Japan. Renowned in the outdoor world, they are both high-performers and have an impressive resilience considering their lightweight structure. At 19g/m2 Toray Airtastic® is the lightest downproof fabric in the world.
