Description

The light, down-filled Taiga 250 topquilt will allow you to fully appreciate the pleasure of connecting with nature without any constraints. Designed to enhance the comfort of hammock sleeping during the chilly summer season, it serves as the ideal complement to the underquilt, which provides superior protection from the elements below.

The Taiga 250 has a closed footbox designed to align with the natural anatomical positioning of the feet during sleep. Its upper section features longitudinal chambers that effectively prevent down migration caused by hammock pressure. However, the versatility of the Taiga 250 extends beyond hammock use, making it just as comfortable for sleeping on a ground mat. Both the user-friendly attachment system, utilizing an elastic cord, and three precision plastic adjusters guarantee hassle-free assembly and fine-tuning.

Taiga 250 topquilt is an essential component of a 2-season hammock gear setup. The premium down insulation keeps you toasty without weighing you down, while the streamlined design ensures easy setup and a snug fit. Additionally, its adaptable nature ensures a peaceful rest whether suspended in a hammock or when sleeping on a mat in a tent.

All Cumulus® products are proudly crafted in Poland, allowing us to maintain the highest quality standards while minimizing our carbon footprint. Responsible production is at the core of everything we do. For us, sustainability also means ensuring fair working conditions. Our dedicated team is the true secret behind the excellence of our products.

1% for the Planet

By choosing our products, you’re giving back! We donate 1% of our sales to organizations like the European Outdoor Conservation Association, which leads initiatives to protect biodiversity and preserve natural habitats, and the Wetland Conservation Center, dedicated to safeguarding swamps and restoring drained wetlands to their natural state.

Down

Years of breeding experience, a specific climate and research facilities are the secrets behind the excellent parameters of Polish down, which is considered to be the best in the world. Despite technological advancement and attempts to make artificial insulation that would be just as reliable, down still remains unrivaled.

Ethical sourcing

We only use down from certified Polish producers. Thanks to their geographical proximity, we can monitor the production. We are absolutely sure down used by Cumulus has been ethically sourced. It is from free-range geese that have access to water. The excellent breeding conditions are also reflected in the down’s high quality.

Fabrics

Pertex® and Toray®, two fabrics we commonly use in our products, are made in Japan. Renowned in the outdoor world, they are both high-performers and have an impressive resilience considering their lightweight structure. At 19g/m2 Toray Airtastic® is the lightest downproof fabric in the world.
