Warranty

All our products are covered by 5 or 10 year warranty. If a defect has been detected in the received product, please send it, in the clean state to:

We always take responsibility for our products, therefore we do not need a copy of the proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover mechanical damages caused by user's fault, as well as natural wear of products. Nevertheless, we always try to repair any damaged product (if the product is not covered by the guarantee, the repair costs are always priced individually).

The product that is sent to the service must be washed. We care about the conditions and quality of our employees' work, which is why a not-washed product can be sent back without service, at the expense of the owner. If the condition of the product makes washing difficult (eg rip in the down sleeping bag), please protect the damage with a tape or buckle and wash the product anyway.

If the complaint is accepted, we cover all shipping costs: the damaged product to us and the repaired product, back to the customer. This applies to shipments around the world. Reimbursement of transport costs shall be made on the basis of a proof of shipment confirmation sent to us.

 

Returns

Each product purchased by our store may be returned without giving any reason within 14 days of its receipt. In order to start the return procedure, you must send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to our email address: [email protected]. For this purpose, it is possible to use the following declaration form:

The returned product should be sent to the following address before the end of the 14-day period (counting from the day of withdrawal from the Agreement):

Please send back the returned product together with the invoice you received with them. Returned product can not bear traces of use, it must be complete and not destroyed. We make the return of the payment as soon as possible after the return procedure has been completed (however not later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the return form and returned product) using the same payment methods that were used in the purchase. The refund may be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by you - for this purpose, please provide this information. The cost of shipping the goods to the customer and the cost of returning the goods are not refundable.

The right to withdraw from the Sales Contract and return the goods is not granted to the Customer who is a Consumer in relation to the following contracts:
· where an item of Goods is an item delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene considerations if the packaging was opened after delivery;
· for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has performed the service in full, subject to explicit consent of the Consumer, who was informed, prior to the commencement of the performance, that the Consumer would lose the right to withdraw from the contract after the entrepreneur completes the performance;
· where the subject matter of performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer’s specification or used to satisfy the Consumer’s individual needs.
