For repairs not covered by the warranty, we offer a fairly priced service with individual quotes. From professional down-bag cleaning to patching tears or adding down, we bring your gear back to life. When it returns, it’ll look like new… or better, carrying the story of your adventures.
HOW TO SEND A PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY
or repair?
MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT IS CLEAN
Out of respect for our team, please wash items before sending them in. If a product arrives dirty, we reserve the right to return it at the owner’s expense.
If cleaning is difficult (e.g., due to a torn sleeping bag), tape the damaged area and wash the product as best you can.

Include a note in the parcel stating “Warranty” or “Repair”, plus:
– your full name
– email address and phone number
– a brief description of the issue
Once we receive and assess your item, we’ll let you know the next steps.
If the claim is approved, we’ll cover shipping both ways. Just send us the proof of your return-shipment payment and we’ll reimburse the cost.
